Version 0.6, of the Translate toolkit has been released.

Most of the changes relate to converting PO files to and from CSV files, which can be useful for translators since they can translate using a spreadsheet. Support was added for msgid_plural forms in PO files, as well as support for handling them in CSV files as separate entries. The pofilter tool, which runs a bunch of checks on translations, was improved. The pogrep and pomerge tools were added.
