The first package of Firefox 1.0 in Afrikaans is ready for testing.

To test do the following:

• Download a copy of Firefox
• Start Firefox
• From Firefox install the language switcher (simply click on the link and follow the instructions)
• Again from within Firefox install the Afrikaans translations
• Select Afrikaans as your GUI language by going to Tools -> Languages and selecting Afrikaans
• Restart Firefox and enjoy your browsing experience in Afrikaans

This is a test build so you will see various English messages. These are being corrected. You might want to join the Afrikaans team and lend a hand.
