| Microsoft South Africa has announced that it is developing a software tool that will allow for the translation of Microsoft products into the following South African languages isiZulu, Sepedi, Setswana, isiXhosa and Afrikaans. The development is currently taking place at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington, USA. It is anticipated that the final translated products will be available in South Africa within the following 6-12 months. We can't help but think that Translate.org.za has had a little bit to do with this effort. Maybe our appearance on TV or the demonstration of our software at the language conference last month. Welcome aboard, but let us restate that we mean free translations. | |
