The South African Translators' Institute held a seminar recently entitled 'Local is Lekker'.  It was billed as a seminar on localisation to celebrate SATI's 50th aniversary and in support of the year of African languages.

Dwayne presnted on localisation of computer software within three sections:

1. A general overview
2. Helping localisers understand what they can demand from their customers
3. Ideas of how to gain localisation experience
