International Open Source Network (IOSN) has published a number of Free and Open Source (FOSS) case studies.  One of which deals with localisation and of course Translate.org.za is the organisation being studied. 

 

IOSN is an initiative of the United Nations Development Program and is supported by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) Canada.
